​​​​Fashion Designer and Artist, Philip Loving III, has humble beginnings that stems miles from his current residence in Houston, TX. He entered fashion design while in his hometown of Flint, MI at the impressionable age of 14 while designing prom dresses for classmates.  His quest to leave his handprint on the art and fashion world was nurtured by teaching art to students in an after-school program.​​

Philip attended the International Academy of Design and Technology in Detroit and studied fashion design.  While attending school, Philip released a collection of dresses during Detroit Fashion Party Weekend that created a city-wide buzz which launched a fashion trend in the cities of Flint and Detroit.​

In 2008, Philip Moved to Texas where his name in art would gain additional momentum.  During this transition in his life, he made an artistic revolution and discovered his love and skill of art on women shoes.  Philip has put his intricate design on various styles and colors of boots, stillettos, and platforms.  Because of the nature of his paintings, his collection is appropriately deemed...Walk-N-Art.

While residing in Texas, Walk-N-Art has gained noteworthy attention in the fashion industry.  Houston has embraced his collection and natives of the city and surrounding areas are in mass support of his special art.  The paintings are exclusively sold in the Galleria Mall and Uptown Park locations of Lady L Boutique.  Celebrities such as Letoya Luckett,  Golden Brooks, Sabrina Hunter,  Keri Hilson, Coco (SWV), T-Boz (TLC), Just Brittany, MC Lyte, Surreal,  Christina Milian, Vivica A. Fox, Jill Marie Jones, Karen White, Patrice Lovely, Jill Scott, Angela and Venessa Simmons , Miss Mikie and Rashonda Billingsly have all been clients of Philip Loving.  Other clients include world reknown socialites Crystal Wall
